I've used this team 3 times over the past few years and most recently selling my property to finally buy my forever home.

Jan(John), Rachel, Mollie and Maddie all went above and beyond to get my purchase and sale through as quickly as possible, of course not without making sure everything was absolutely perfect.

They kept me upto date and worked so hard, especially at the final stages when a chain which should have been easy, was proving quite difficult.

John, you have a fantastic team and I honestly can't thank you all enough.

Rang to speak to the probate solicitor as an initial enquiry. Never spoken to them before in my life but been recommended this firm.

The legal assistant was so rude and argumentative. All I wanted to do was speak to the solicitor, she asked me so many questions which were none of her business, I told her to put me through to the solicitor I didn't want to speak to her. she refused to put me through.

so rude and unprofessional. All she did was argue and ignore what I said.

This is my first and last time I will be giving my service to this firm.

Starting using this firm over a year ago for a simple lease extension. The process took so long I ended up sacrificing my deposit and going elsewhere. I would not recommend.

I would not recommend this practice at all. A couple of years ago I did have them deal with my property sale. Completed on a property sale at 11.00am funds were not put in our bank accounts until 4pm ! We had to pay a deposit on a rented property fortunately a member of the family lent us the funds until the money was received. Their attitude was oh we are very busy and have other clients too ! Well in all my years of buying and selling property I have never ever witnessed such poor customer service and have never waited 5 hours for money.
