After my abusive husband cut off all my access to money, I used the last pennies available to me to have IFLG supposedly review my answers to their time-consuming online form and meet with a partner and associate. The partner took up almost the entire meeting bloviating and complimenting herself, making comments that made it crystal clear that she had read absolutely not one word of my case. I then had a rushed few minutes with the associate, who did appear to have read the file but was obviously hamstrung by the incompetent partner supervising her. Nonetheless, when I politely conveyed to the associate that her partner had wasted an abuse victim's funds by failing to deliver the tailored advice promised, the associate rushed to defend her boss, copying her back on. So it's clearly a culture of vultures who are out to prey on women and take their money when they are most vulnerable. Two years into the proceedings with another firm, I'm so glad I went elsewhere to a solicitor who bothers to read the material and do the work paid for.
