What a fantastic experience!
Speed and Efficiency: I completed everything on the same day that I contacted PSR Solicitors.
It was a Stress-free process with professional and friendly staff: Big thanks to Emily Smallwood and Alyssia King for their calmness, friendliness and professionalism.
Value for Money: The firm charged me £10 for the notarised documents, while the others firms were asking above the £5-£10 rate for this service. I contacted a number of different solicitors who were asking £30 - £120 for the same service (e.g. Sara Janion, Notary Public, Russell & Russell and a few others).
PSR Solicitors Chester are a professional and honest firm that I highly recommend to everyone.

Bizarre - I called to request an appointment for a Statutory Declaration of Solvency, which is simply to declare in the presence of a solicitor that I am the sole owner of a property and that I am not at risk of facing insolvency. This declaration needs witnessing by a solicitor. I was told this was not a normal declaration and could not be done. I asked for advice, and was told they didn't know what I should do. I was surprised at the complete disinterest by the receptionist. Needless to say, I called a different solicitors in Chester who told me it was an easy form that simply needed witnessing and that I could pop in when I'm ready!
