HOWARD AND OVER LLP

Heather (with assistance from Tina) managed our house sale in Bedfordshire and house purchase in Devon professionally and efficiently. We always felt fully informed and confident that they were on top of things as the transactions progressed. Heather presented as knowledgeable, personable and approachable; she always made time to speak to us whenever we had any queries. We even managed to complete early on move day! They took much of the stress out of the conveyancing process and we recommend the team at Howard & Over without hesitation.

I wasn't a direct client of Howard and Over, however there were acting for the base of our property sale chain. Their actions (or lack of) caused massive delays in our transactions. To the point where we only exchanged contracts a day before completion. This was caused entirely by their lack of professionalism, lack of communication with both clients, estate agents and solicitors. They failed to lodge enquiries in time, missed emails and delayed lenders .
Moving house is stressful enough, but I would never recommend this firm to anyone unless you want extra stress in the process

Natalie, Tallulah and Jasmine were absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process of our sale and purchase. When other solicitors in the chain were falling behind, we could rely on Natalie and her team to chase the chain and push on to avoid delays. They were always responsive, proactive, and reassuring at every stage, even when things became stressful, we felt that we were in safe hands.

On reflection, now I m happily sat in my new home, I almost miss the emails and contact from Danielle, the feeling of being represented by someone who really cares about you as a person , not just a customer.
