We have used Rootes & Alliotts in the sale of our late mother’s house and also for the probate side of her will.

I was very satisfied with the service received when acting on behalf of elderly relatives who were selling their property.
Mr Morrison explained upfront the process I needed to go through and there were no problems encountered. I received timely correspondence and my calls were either answered at the time or with a same day return call.
