Absolutely rubbish, did not help us at all, Adam was useless he kept cancelling our appointments, We are being evicted from our home as our Landlord passed away and the banks want to sell the property.
Evetytime I made an he cancelled on us and yet again today he cancelled, the receptionist Alison was cheeky saying Fiona should do all the donkey work.
My partner has had a stroke she knows this, I have just came out of hospital myself after having 4 surgeries on my hand.
They ate useless not very friendly over the phone anymore damn right cheeky.
We will.be getting another solicitor now to try and help us.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY VERY UNHELPFUL VERY USELESS DOES NOT SPEAK UP IN COURT BE AWARE IF YOU GET THEM NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. HE WOULD ALWAYS CANCEL AND TAKES WEEKS TO GET APPOINTMENTS.
NOT VERY HAPPY DINT DESTERVE ANY STARS.

I worked with Tracy, recommended by my mortgage advisor, but my experience was unsatisfactory. After two months of poor communication, they refused to work with me, citing missing information despite my repeated inquiries. I had to request my money back, as no progress was made and they had not offered a refund. Tracy was also away on holiday without notification, causing further delays. I ultimately found another solicitor who completed everything in two months. I would not recommend.

I got a Will made at Row & Scott. A solicitor called Peter was very pleasant and guided me as I didn't have a clue. I am very happy with the contents and he even asked if I wanted copies to give to my 2 beneficiaries.
I would recommend having a Will in place for peace of mind.

PLEASE READ THIS IF THESE SOLICITORS ARE REPRESENTING YOU OR YOUR FAMILY IN A CRIMINAL CAPACITY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN RECEIPT OF LEGAL AID.
This company do not care about their clients nor do they have the best interests of their clients at heart. This company ignored my brother for months before his trial, only really making contact a month or so it began due to my constant phone calls and badgering. They failed to obtain relevant evidence before the court case (despite constant prompting) and the evidence they managed to collate - they failed to produce.
The solicitor representing my brother, Adam, cohesively made my brother admit he was guilty of a charge he was not guilty of and told myself, his daughter and my brother, that he would get out of prison in three weeks if he pleaded guilty. He ended up receiving a 2.5 year sentence.
The barrister (on behalf of Row & Scott) mumbled his way through a three day hearing, lying about my brothers job, his relationship and failed to mitigate a witness impact statement with any facts or present any evidence in favour of my brother.
This company have affected the life of my brother and my family to such a degree, and they are unaccountable for it. It's tragic that these are the people we rely on to represent truth and fairness and to champion for the success of the justice system. They only confirm what we know, the justice system is on its knees and this company will certainly not be the one to make a difference to the way it's going.
I urge you to change soliciters if you have been appointed Row & Scott. For the record. I had to give this one star to be able to post my review, I do not rate them at at all.

Disgraceful company that cares more about it's profits than its clients. Will try their best to get a judge to force you to use them regardless of fact you already have a good lawyer. Also will do their best to get you to please guilty and this includes not working on a defence and then 3 days before court telling you this and again telling you to please guilty. I wonder how many years of people lives it has to cost to keep this joke of a company afloat. Stay away at all costs
