Had the pleasure of working with Sam Alvin on an incredibly difficult sale and frankly she was very dedicated and had a major positive impact on the sale and the people involved. She was very supportive and gave more than most solicitors would to ensure everything ended up on a good note. I myself was a third party to Sam and the Sale Progressor for cambridge Haart and I cannot highlight how grand the amount of communication and teamworking was . Great experience using Sam Alvin at Jackamans to sell my house.
Sam, along with Kaye Beckett, were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to deal with any enquiries that were raised.
The sale became very stressful towards the end and Sam went above and beyond to get the sale exchanged.
