SHARRATTS (LONDON) LLP

If I could I would give them nothing shambles of a company. No one here is competent enough to speak or execute documents for a staircasing house sale. 24 weeks nearly this has been going on and still not sorted. Please do everything in your power if you are reading this to avoid this company

If I could I would give them zero star. I have been waiting to complete my staircase with Clarion housing since July where I applied for it in May but because of their legal department namely Sharrats Solicitors unethical, unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour it is getting delayed . My solicitor Prince Evans solicitor have been trying to contact them on many occasions & they agreed to complete the purchase a number of times. When it comes to responding to my solicitor the two guys involved from Sharrats surprisingly do not bother to respond. I have already transferred all the funds to my solicitor which is kept in their client account. However, I am still paying the rent to Clarion which is my loss. Every month I am making a loss because of their ridiculous attitudes. All these got me into a big anxiety, I do not know who to make complaints to.
