If you are seeking a proactive and compassionate bereavement solicitor avoid Ellen Watkins. Her speed at which she works and how she composed herself was far below satisfactory. When you lose a family member you need support and guidance and we found the whole process particularly stressful and upsetting due to the lack of communication and the lack of empathy in her approach.
I would advise anyone to stay clear of her services.
