I selected Newtons to act for me after being treated really poorly by another local solicitor.
Tina was allocated to me, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way she treated me. She made me feel like an actual person and not just another case number.
She took time to find out what sort of person I am, and the background to the issue she was dealing with. Tina also made herself available at any time, giving me her email address and mobile number, which I was told I could call at any time.
She kept in regular contact (something the previous firm hadn't done) and always gave excellent advice.
She put my mind at rest very early on, and the outcome was a lot better than I had expected (and better than the previous firm had hinted at).
At all times, Tina was polite and friendly to me, my partner and my friends who accompanied me for support. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms, making the legal jargon easy to understand. I was always confident that she was acting in my best interest and I was more than happy with the result she got for me.
I would use Newton's again, and I will be going back to them for conveyancing purposes when my father's house finally sells.
