While lovely people, they are not equipped to deal with complex children cases. I’m sure they would do a good enough job on straightforward contact issues. They should have advised they don’t have the experience as they didn’t fight my corner or advise on options, but I spent nearly £30k on a legal executive to advise on procedure. 15 months later I’m back in the exact same situation with no money and needing to do this myself. Please shop around before committing.

Purely because it Good Friday and when I ring it doesn’t let me if you are open or not, which is not a good business practice you should always try to inform customers of changes to business hours

Don't know why they have phone numbers as no-one ever calls you back!!! Don't know what the point is to be honest, seems like Covid has stopped everyone from talking to each other, just seems to be WFH day every day!!!

I have recently used this firm, specifically Molly Cook - Litigation.
Fantastic service from the very beginning up until the end of requirement. I had tried and struggled to find a solicitor for my matter initially. I contacted this firm and the first email Molly sent back was extremely detailed. I never once had to ask for clarification on anything as everything was explained very thoroughly throughout.
Molly was fantastic with updates throughout and dealt with the matter swiftly.
I have absolutely no complaints with the service received and it was worth every penny.
