Unfortunately, I found communication to be very poor throughout the whole matter and the overall process took considerably longer than expected. I regularly had to chase for updates and responses, often waiting long periods without clear communication or progress updates. Whilst some matters were eventually resolved, the ongoing delays and lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time and ultimately cost the estate a considerable amount of money.
