That score is generous. Was blocked from leaving a review.. If you want incompetent, useless solicitors they’re your people. Avoid they will lose you everything as they have done me, and unbelievably my elderly parents who should not have been put through this because of MY divorce.

They were provided to me pro bono. Didn't ask for my side of the story when I was I custody, didn't call me into the office to explain what would happen or prepare a defence. Didn't get to tell anyone what had happened till the trial had already started. Didn't enter evidence I had given them. Lost the case. Go elsewhere

My first experience of using solicitors - My main contact was Jodie but two other members also worked with me. I cannot fault the service at all, Jodie was extremely attentive and informative throughout my whole process. I will 100% use again in the future.

I’m totally shocked with how appallingly they spoke to me. I was given their details by Civil legal aid advice team after being told I was entitled. As soon as Janine Bryant found out I was applying for their help with legal aid, her whole demeanour changed and she completely dismissed me making me feel like I was wasting her time. She had no interest in helping me and I’m so shocked that they would act so callously. Avoid them at all costs. Which will be considerable.
