Shockingly bad not even worth 1 star - they took literally months, not weeks to return communications from my lawyers.
Unforgiveable and unprofessional.
I'd have to believe as a large firm that they do have competent, capable and professional lawyers, but my experience has been truly awful.
So self-evidently the firm's quality controls are defective to permit such dreadful and inexcusable response times, and in my case even when a response was made it was wholly inadequate, and simply further deferred the matter.
