Tried calling to speak to Anthony three times as part of an urgent matter was told I would receive a call back from either him or his sectary. Never bothered to call me back very bad service

Excellent from start to finish
Lyn Stonebrook was great and explained things in plain English when I couldn't understand some of the technical terms
Also the reception staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful

Poor service and lack of response. Contacted them on another matter as I needed a commissioner for oaths only to be told they are too busy at present and are refusing to offer this service. Probably more to do with the limited fees they can charge for this service. Money speaks as they say.....

Incompetent, Poor. My family have had a simple probate case ongoing for nearly 3 years and no sign of completion. Contact is quite frankly non-existent. Countless calls, and emails are simply ignored. Very disappointing and simply unacceptable.

I would avoid. Im not a customer myself. A person buying house from me using this solicitors to buy my house.
Very slow process. Suposed to be a quick sale since its a cash buyer. Was estimated 8 weeks to complete the sale. Now is 13 weeks and still waiting. Lack of communication. Very slow response, every single step of the sale takes them atleast double the time. They keep lying they would do something and then they dont for weeks. Im seriously worried if they are even abble to finish this sale.
