Duty solicitor representation was alright but no communication thereafter. Was passed to another colleague who was never available to speak to, ghosted me after a first phone call and never helped me, phoned me back or emailed me in the run up to a hearing leaving me without representation. Hearing has now passed and still not heard from them, no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever.

Luckily I realised they were rubbish and went and found a good specialist firm to assist me for the hearing.

This was the worst solicitor I’ve ever dealt with—they completely mishandled my finance case. If you care about your freedom, avoid this firm! They don’t put in the effort to properly review cases and seem to have little to no experience. If your case ends up in their hands, good luck. Feels like they’re working for the police, because there’s no other explanation for how badly they messed up my partner’s case.😡
