I was very impressed with the conveyancing service I received from Cozens-Hardy solicitors,specifically Rebecca Edwards and her assistant Lynn. They were prompt with the paperwork and always answered the phone.Highly recommended.

Cozens-Hardy were recommended by our Estate Agent and they didn’t disappoint. Charlotte handled our conveyancing and was ably assisted by Leslie; they were a great team! Avoid Cozens-Hardy at all costs. My lease extension was handled by Rebecca Edwards, who ignored emails, failed to respond to critical Land Registry questions, and never told me the lease wasn’t registered. This mistake caused my house sale and purchase to collapse.

When I raised a complaint, Dan Evans showed the same behaviour – nine months and 30+ emails later, he has still not provided any decision or compensation, just empty promises.

I’ve now had to involve the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. In my experience, this firm cannot be trusted to act professionally or in their client’s best interests.
