I wanted a quote for conveyancing in respect of the sale of a flat. I wanted a local company to do the work so, as I live in Henley-in-Arden and Lodder's offices are on the High Street here, I contacted them for a quote. I was asked for some basic details about the flat, and for my contact details, and was told my request would be forwarded to the conveyancing team, who would then contact me with the quote. I've had no response whatsoever from them, hence my one star rating. In view of the fact they fell at the first hurdle, they don't deserve one star but I wasn't able to award zero stars.

When you live on the other side of the world and you are informed that a relative has passed but cannot travel due to covid to attend to legal matters and a funeral. I contacted Lodders Solicitors at Henley in Arden offices and came into contact with a fabulous solicitor namely Gill Coombs, who along with her professional team worked miracles for the remaining members of this family. Gill organised and dealt with every situation with the utmost professionalism on our behalf, nothing was too much trouble for her and the help and guidance she provided was outstanding. I highly recommend Gill Coombs as legal representation.
