I honestly could not have asked for a better solicitor than Kelly Hawkes at the Putney office during my first home buying journey.

Not impressed. Approached them twice, once for inheritance law once for medical negligence and was either given wrong information or faced with refusal to discuss topic. In both cases it seems emails explaining cases are not actually being read properly.
