Overall a very good experience using Daniel and his team of José and Daisy to deal with the conveyancing on my first property purchase. The team worked hard to keep me up-to-date with matters via email, which suited me perfectly, and I was always given the chance to ask questions - which, having no prior experience of dealing in this field, I had plenty of!

It did get a bit frustrating on a few occasions as sometimes my questions went unanswered (or not fully answered) and it felt like things were trying to be moved on when I hadn't had what I considered satisfactory information.

I generally received correspondence very promptly and was provided with plenty of information. I found it very tough going at times and couldn't get my head around some of the information, which led to more questions!

I liked the fact that there were no hidden costs and I felt the fees represented good value for the service received.
