After originally contracting BHP Law to undertake an issue with a company which had breached my consumer rights. From the outset the request for information was extreme but thought this normal but through out their involvement did they work on three applications to go to court had me gathering quotes instructions provided by themselves and numerous surveys only to provide not one accurate survey to date but did prove my consumer rights had been breached but never acted on it. My original Solicitor went on maternity leave 3 weeks prior to a court hearing in October 2022 and was appointed an apprentice solicitor and was advised to go for a settlement. The settlement was breached on numerous occasions but no enforcement was applied for, the settlement wasn't followed by the apprentice solicitor as the need for second surveyor in October 28th 2022 was required as the first wasnt experienced in certain aspects of the survey. It had taken an entire year until September 2023 when my original Solicitor returned and advised of a second survey requirement I agreed. But 9 months after being advised I needed a second survey did I attended court with out a surveyors report from the solicitors which was crucial to my case and would have provided the court with accurate information. The frase is to satisfy the court and limit my losses. BHP Law had plenty of time in which to aquire the survey of which I was advised by them to have of which I had paid for. Because of the lack of a survey I was forced to take a settlement before put Infront of the court.
After speaking to my solicitor about this She became very abrupt on the phone which is hardly professional.
After this I had to take back control as I was back in the same position I was in two years prior because they stopped acting on my case at least the demands for money stopped.
BHP Law are only good at producing invoices their knowledge and customer service is none existent. Even after contacting their customer service department and advising of my issues was I given inaccurate responses.
My advice would be to avoid as BHP Law's advice as its about as good as the best before date of a bag of crisps. And of course to avoid financial embarrassment.

Very good, firm, helpful, knowledgeable.
The only reason I gave three stars is because of the access to the building. It is a real struggle for wheelchair users.
Home visits may be an option.

Such a brilliant experience with Helen & Jemma at BHP buying our first home! People always say that handling the legal process is the worst part of buying a house but BHP completely flipped the narrative. They were so quick to come back to us on queries and handled everything so smoothly. Thank you both!

We have sold and purchased a property, and will be back very soon as we have another property to sell very soon! Would highly recommend! 5 Star Service!
