I would give them zero stars if I could. Roger Brooker & Co are absolutely awful. Their communication is non-existent, and they don’t seem to have the slightest clue about how to do their job effectively. Throughout the entire process of our house sale, our buyers used this firm and we were left completely in the dark. No updates, no responses to emails or calls to our estate agents or solicitors—refusing to speak with them to give us updates. When they did finally reply, it was always vague and unhelpful, just complete rubbish to keep us hanging on and hoping.
They made an already stressful situation 100 times worse by being utterly unprofessional. I felt like I was chasing them every step of the way, with no regard for my time or concerns. Their lack of empathy was astounding—it’s clear they don’t care about their clients at all. If you value having your questions answered, peace of mind, and at least the basic level of professionalism, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this firm. I truly believe our house sale fell through after a painful 7 months with only a short chain for 3 people because of this firm. Stay very clear!!

She explained the fixed fee which we found to be reasonable and competitive plus we liked the idea of no nasty extras. I found the communication to be very good and wasn't left waiting for answers to my queries. The pandemic made the process so much harder but I still received a very good level of service , despite the added stresses that must have been felt behind the scenes.
