I called this morning to enquire about having someone witness my signature allowing my brother to act on my behalf in the estate of our father. You would think I had asked for something illegal by the way I was treated. I was shocked by how rude and abrupt the lady on the other end of the phone was. Extremely unhelpful. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would suggest giving a wide berth.
