We have used Burrell Jenkins a few times now for WILLs and Power of attorney arrangements. Jack has been great to deal with the multiple times we've dealt with him, he's very professional and gives thorough sound advice.

We've gone through a very long (2+yrs) and stressful inheritance process. They kept us upto date with the probate proceedings. They were extremely professional at all times and returned my phone calls every time. Jack & his secretary Julie were very informative, understanding and supporting throughout the process.
A breakdown of all costings came back to us, leaving everything very transparent and accountable. We were given an upfront price for the whole journey and over 2yrs later that was still the price we paid.. a total shock to us, we expected the price it to have been inflated during the process but this was definitely not the case.
We'd recommend BJ to anyone.
However don't expect to be paid out quickly with an inheritance claim, I was told by others that this would be the case, and their was a straight forward case. SO, we feel that wasn't the solicitors fault and thats why we're giving them a 5* review.

Paul Jenkins refused to pay for over 6 months worth of cleaning services provided to Burell Jenkins at their offices in Ridings Park, Cannock. We were repeatedly told that their accounts department were dealing with it, yet they never paid for services delivered.
Their refusal to pay has gone on for more than 2 years, stealing from a small business, undoubtedly because they are a legal firm that know how to get away with it.

I recently sold my house I’m what turned out to be a very difficult and stressful sale. Lyndsey and the team at Burrell Jenkins could not have done any more to help me with the sale they were incredible throughout the whole of the process.

The main hing for me was the communication. Lyndsey was always available to answer all my questions and explain anything I didn’t understand and you really got to know the person you were dealing with. She was always able to get back to me quickly which meant that it was never me holding up anything with the sale. This meant that the whole process was a lot less stressful than it could have been.

There was no hidden fees and costs were very reasonable.
