Fikriye did a fabulous job of liaising with the other party and endeavoured to advocate for my son’s best interests and wishes every step of the way. She is compassionate and child-centred, as well as answering all questions I had throughout the process. Ocean is incredibly organised and efficient, and Christene was friendly and welcoming whenever I needed to call in or visit. This company represents our purchaser, constant chasing despite the fact their client has a hard deadline. Do not seem interested in customer needs and very poor at comms. I notice they are recruiting on their Facebook page! Need to hurry up or take on less work when they clearly can’t cope with current volume! Not recommended by me!
By contrast our conveyancer gave us a digital portal, with up to date info, provided daily updates and an account manager who is always available.

I had a relatively simple request which was just a small job for them. Regardless of this,they were efficient and treated me respectfully. Their charge for witnessing a document was very competitive too.
