Lauren Fletcher handled the purchase of my property and I cannot not praise her highly enough!
She is ultra professional, tenacious, hard working and incredibly knowledgeable. Every issue raised by the sellers was dealt with quickly and smoothly.
No details were missed or overlooked and Lauren worked so hard in the background, so that all I saw was a smooth, easy and polished process. Calm, supportive and informative communication is standard with regular updates by email and phone.
Lauren is excellent and I would not buy or sell a property without her in charge of the process. She simply knows her craft inside and out.
