Terrible, really poor service - poor at responding or even acknowledging and a catalogue of document errors.

We have 3 legal documents all drafted by Morgan LaRoche that haven’t satisfied the onward sale of our property.

I tried time and time again to deal with Morgan LaRoche with no success. No returned calls, no email responses. Poor service all round.

We’ve now had to instruct new solicitors to put right what they had been paid to do. You trust solicitors to be doing the right thing but there is such a catalogue of errors it’s just really poor.

Title name errors, property name errors, failure to obtain the signed deed of covenant. (Huge huge failure in conveyancing) new deeds had been created to replace old illegible deeds but then failed to follow through with adding the documents to the title register.

I’d recommend you go elsewhere.
