I recently appointed Jackie O'Sullivan to oversee my house sale, mainly due to previous reviews and my proximity to the offices. Jackie is extremely thorough and professional and always picked up the 'phone to me as and when any issue arose. It may be cheaper to appoint a remote conveyancer but in my view, the personal approach is worth every penny.

Jackie assisted us throughout our conveyancing journey, which was certainly not straightforward. Whilst the sale of our own house was relatively smooth, purchasing a new property presented numerous challenges due to various legal complexities, resulting in us having to withdraw from a couple of potential purchases.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jackie, and she always did her utmost to get to the root of any issue. She was incredibly generous with her time, patient throughout the entire process, and consistently supportive during what was quite a stressful period.
I would recommend Jackie in a heartbeat and am already using her again for the sale of my late mother’s property.
