I literally cannot imagine a better conveyancer than Sue. She is so incredibly responsive, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process.

We had to deal with a nightmare solicitor elsewhere in the chain and Sue went above and beyond to make up for this by even taking on extra tasks that she should not have been obligated to do. Despite dealing with my stressed and panicked emails for months on end while in my chain, Sue has always been so incredibly supportive.

The other nightmare solicitor gave Sue 2 days to draft all paperwork and her and her team pulled a miracle out. I can't recommend her and her team enough to anyone who needed conveyancing work done. You won't find better.

Avoid using this company for criminal matters.
4 weeks after interview for a crime I didn't commit with a long ten years max sentence I have not gotten a single phone call a single letter or been asked any questions by this company. They refused to fight against the police for misconduct and breaches of human rights . Tell me they don't want to ruffle any feathers amongst the police .
Three weeks after interview I had to ring them and explain the situation. A week after that phone call I not gotten anything from this company.
They haven't stuck up for my rights . They haven't pushed for complaints on my behalf. Very unprofessional with lack of care for their clients situation and they will defend police action even when the complainants commissioner is investigating the police action. If you're looking for good legal representation advoid this company .

Not even a letter to confirm they're acting on my behalf after 4 weeks .
