What is the point of this company having a phone line they never answer when you phone them

Do not use. I was lied to from the first phone call, my landlord was allowed to breach their agreement by 5 months and progress law let them. I was misinformed throughout and I did not even get close to the outcome I was promised or that I wanted. Really really bad experience, use someone else for disrepair claims..

Fantastic team fantastic people. From the start Mr Khan always made me feel at ease I had new windows fitted after 18 years and got some money back too would highly recommend this company and if I ever encounter any problems with the housing again these guys would be my 1st port of call I wouldn't have had anything without them
