Would give 0 if it was an option. They have made false promises in regards to releasing my mums inheritance funds off her late father, I’m assuming this is because they make interest off the funds sitting in their account. She was promised week after week she would receive the funds, and when the day would arrive…. “A new process was implemented” meaning funds couldn’t be processed until the Monday. It’s now Monday and Natalie isn’t available, shock. My mother is vulnerable and I believe they are taking advantage as she is not in the slightest confrontational, she shouldn’t have to be - these people are not transparent and incredibly unprofessional. Please think twice before choosing Woodcock Haworth & Nuttall

Couldn't be more pleased with the service I had from Carolynne and Kimberley when using their conveyancing services. Always had a reply the same or next day. They were friendly, professional, and great at explaining the process, which went very smoothly thanks to their advice and support. Would highly recommend if you're buying a house.
