There were some delays involving our lender, but the team continued to chase for updates and kept us informed as matters progressed. They understood our circumstances and worked hard to help us reach our intended completion date.

From start to finish, everyone was professional, patient, responsive, and generally helpful. My case experienced a number of delays, but the team worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was completed on time. Thanks to their dedication and efficiency, my remortgage completed before my mortgage offer expired, which was a huge relief.
Communication was excellent throughout. They always answered my calls, responded to emails promptly, and kept me updated at every stage. I also found their shared online portal extremely helpful, as it allowed me to track progress and see all correspondence in one place, making the whole process much more transparent and reassuring.

If you are looking for a conveyancing service, look no further! Hennah Haywood Law was fantastic, professional and prompt, with clarity every step of the way. Chloe Alford was especially diligent, and responded very quickly to every query, regardless of how small they were. In comparison to other law firms I’ve used, HHL was by far the best. They also give you a specific account which I was able to log into and see exactly what stage we were at at, what stages were still due for completion etc, which was updated at the end of each working day.
Highly recommended, and a big thank you to Chloe and the team.
