Arrogant lady. Spoke with such condescension and not a thought for the distress caused and significance of the matter. Very eager to complete the consultation quickly which suggests that she's most likely driven by money - and beware she's not cheap. All in all a very unpleasant experience.

We were in a difficult situation partly because we had been far too trusting of friends of our daughter's. Maureen was excellent, never pointing out that we had been very foolish to trust these people, never guilt tripping us or saying we didn't have a leg to stand on (other solicitors did both of those things before we found Reen Anderson).
