I recently completed the purchase of my first property in the UK, and I would like to sincerely thank James Dodsworth for his outstanding professionalism throughout the entire conveyancing process.

James was always patient, responsive and willing to answer my questions clearly. As someone who had recently moved from Hong Kong and was unfamiliar with the UK property buying process, I really appreciated his guidance and advice.

What impressed me most was his attention to detail and commitment to protecting my interests. During the transaction, James identified a legal issue relating to the Service Verge. Rather than simply proceeding with the purchase, he carefully investigated the matter, challenged the seller's solicitor where necessary, and even contacted the developer's legal team directly to obtain clarification. His persistence gave me great confidence that my interests always came first.

At no point did I feel that he was trying to rush the transaction. Instead, he made sure I fully understood the legal position before advising me to proceed.

I am extremely grateful for James's dedication, professionalism and integrity, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.
