I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Emails from both myself and my mother went unanswered, and whenever I tried to call about urgent matters, I was either given excuses or told I would receive a call back that never came.

If my main contact was out of the office, I found there was effectively no one to speak to, as the alternative person assigned to me repeatedly refused to take my calls. This left me feeling completely unsupported during key stages of the transaction.

To make matters worse, I was only informed more than a month after completion that there was a balance of over £700 due back to me — something I should have been told much sooner.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness and poor communication made the whole experience far more stressful than it should have been.

Alex was brilliant. Great communication and couldn’t thank him enough for helping getting our purchase and sale done before the stamp duty deadline. Defo recommend!!!
