Absolutely crap,you get one idiot telling you if the council refuse to pay £2100 they will issue court proceedings then a month later you have another idiot telling you that they won't issue court proceedings as the amount isn't enough for them to do anything..and they're going to rely on negotiating,because of the lies they have told I have cancelled the contract with them and will now seek out a decent company.Update,have handled this myself and told the council I was going to put all over the internet by means of a blog and post the links across social media and have been awarded £2,960,now I involved the housing ombudsman (people who have real power to order the council what to do and provide their service free of charge) I now expect that to at least double,if this can all be done free of charge and a much better payout what's the point of paying legal hd,my advice is go straight to the housing ombudsman and don't bother with this grabbing company as they can't even do what they promise in the first place

If I could no stars I would, did one job out of four and that job, will be useless without all others. Communication was aweful, akeays had to chase them, and the promised compensation didn’t happen, I would never use this solicitor again, should have gone back to Matrix solicitors, there amazing , got all my work done, and didn’t even take a percentage at the end, I got full compensation, but they couldn’t take another job in same house , a lesson learnt with us solicitor.

Very good company abd very knowledgeable on the process and procedures around housing disrepair helped me with mine would 100% recommend, Abbey and the team are very polite and professional
