In my experience, working with Inaaya Solicitors has been very disappointing. Communication was poor throughout, which I feel contributed to costs increasing significantly.

I felt pressured regarding payments and found the tone of communication to be intimidating at times. This situation caused a great deal of stress for us, and it had a noticeable impact on our wellbeing.

Despite raising our concerns, including the stress this situation was causing, we felt that our position was not properly taken into account.

Based on our experience, I would not choose to work with this firm again.

If i could give 10 stars i will give Inaaya solicitors. They put a smile on my face, my claim went through even though it was tough, Taher worked tirelessly, he kept me informed on every step he took on my case even when he was on holiday he sent emails and messages to let me know what stage the case was on. I will recommend Inaaya solicitors anytime for housing disrepair, they are top notch.
