Terrible duty solicitors. I had some guy named Mark (I think). In the prepared statement he wrote, he basically signed me up to do the police’s job for them. He seemed more interested in winning points with the police than representing my best interests. On top of that, he was unpleasant and stroppy to deal with.

I received no real advice or assistance. The allegation against me was dropped only because I followed independent advice elsewhere. This firm was useless.
