We've used Talbot & Co several times now, most recently to buy a new house, and they are excellent. Suzanne was our most recent conveyancer and she was superb - very friendly, extremely thorough, and very responsive in communicating. Andrew was also excellent and very generous with his time, and secretary Chantelle was great as well. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much to all the team.

Company a complete waste of time, avoid at all costs. Charge out rates are excessive, not to be trusted queried my bill and got a reduction. Solicitors never return your calls, they hide behind the receptionist. Supposedly posted my documents 2 weeks ago, still not received. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and disorganised. A complete rubbish service
