I contacted this firm regarding my wife’s case, and it turned out to be the worst experience we've ever had with legal representation. The lawyer advised my wife to accept all the accusations made by her employer without adequately defending her position. This poor advice has now put us at a serious disadvantage as we plan to take the matter to an employment tribunal — where her prior acceptance may be used against her.

Given the hefty fees we paid, I expected at least a fair and strategic approach, not something that could harm her case further. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services based on our experience.

My experience with SMB London was appalling. After several months, there was no evidence of any work actually being done. I was constantly fobbed off with excuses, while the expensive invoices poured in relentlessly. I was never provided with an estimate of costs; instead, I was given more excuses. Eventually, I was told it was my responsibility to repeatedly demand estimates.

The staff were rude and arrogant, ultimately proving themselves to be completely incompetent. Dismissing them became an ordeal in itself, and I felt as though I couldn’t get these people off my back. They were worse than useless, and when I finally rid myself of them, I was in a much worse position than when I first contacted them.

Since then, I have heard the most dreadful stories about this company. This is my honest and lived experience with SMB London. I would advise that you avoid them at all costs.
