If I could give zero stars, I would. The unbelievable rudeness I experienced on the phone from whoever answered the phone was unbelievable. I rang up today after chasing my quote I recieved over a week ago. I asked the receptionist about disbursement fees and that I am calling about my quote and I gave my reference to which she said “THAT MEANS NOTHING TO ME, WHAT DO YOU WANT”.

I can’t thank Caroline and the team at Slee Blackwell enough. They could have easily turned me away, but they didn’t, instead they worked ferociously for five years on my case, booking appointments for me in London gathering expert opinions, having face to face and online meetings with me, keeping me up to date, and also explaining things clearly whenever I didn’t understand (which was often!). Just an incredible team. However, beyond this, I felt like they genuinely cared, which meant a lot more to me, as a legal journey inevitably brings up a lot, and they’re a very empathetic team.
