Attempted to charge 36% fee which is against Scottish law, "Appalling experience. 60 days past a signed settlement and still no payment. Despite documented financial hardship and a Court Warrant being served, they are using third-party 'automated dialers' (LC1) to avoid personal communication. Total failure of 'Treating Customers Fairly' (TCF) protocols. If you are a claimant, be prepared to involve the Sheriff Court just to get what is legally yours. Embarrassing conduct for a professional firm."

I had a very good experience from the legal team particularly Zainab - from start to finish in my case and result and claim award for my injury.

I was always kept in informed by email and whatsapp messages about my case and relative information,sorted my physical medical and made the experience overall really easy and had good communication with me,not stressful at all.

Zainab was lovely and really could not pick faults in any of the dealings from start to finish with her and the team - 10/10 from me personally and thank you KL !

Terrible service…

Wouldn’t recommend this company, don’t answer calls or texts! Took on my case, all the details to help deal with it then just completely blanked me and my partner! Haven’t heard from them since the start 5 months ago.

I had a really disappointing experience with this third-party insurance provider and would strongly recommend avoiding them. From the beginning, they were extremely difficult to deal with and constantly avoided giving clear answers. Phone calls were rarely returned, emails went unanswered, and whenever I did manage to get through, it felt like I was being brushed off or passed from one person to another.

There was no sense of urgency or accountability, and the entire process felt unnecessarily stressful. Instead of providing support during a situation where insurance is supposed to help, they made everything harder and more frustrating. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking.

Overall, this company wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. If you’re considering using this third-party insurance, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a provider that actually communicates and treats customers with respect
