I had a need for a new contract between my Company and the sub-contractors I use in the light of recent Court decisions around whether someone is an employee or not. A friend of mine recommended John Newcomb at SNS as a contracts’ expert and I approached him.
After an exchange of emails and a conversation, John produced a new contract for my use which addressed all my concerns. He was patient and took the time to explain the rationales behind some of the clauses so that I fully understood the legal terminology. I am now using the new contract and feel a lot more comfortable about my legal position.
