Used their services a couple of times. Found them to be very polite, helpful and professional.

Utterly atrocious firm. Horrendously slow in responding to emails which are then over-convoluted to justify their excessive charges. They drag out the sale of properties for months on end with delay after delay and pedantic requests. They are simply not solution driven but “how can we charge even more” driven. Avoid at all costs. Shame I can’t put zero stars as they’re not even worth 1! Oh and what does it mean when their employees have to rate themselves on google to raise their score! (see feedback below: George Kloosman and Lauren Marlow) - you couldn’t make it up!

Do not use this company. Has taken them almost a month to complete a task that should take an hour at most. Take forever to respond to emails. Absolute shambles

Superb, professional and friendly service, Kloosmans helped us buy our first home. They really did look after us from start to finish with our best interests always at the heart.

Tried going through probate with the solicitor. She was extremely rude to me when we changed solicitors for personal reasons. I did not like the way she spoke down to me. Really unprofessional. Also they take a long time getting back to you via phone and a long time to make appointments.
