My experience with HCC Solicitors has been excellent.
They are a great team of people with a understanding and caring approach. I would certainly recommend them.

These people was handling a personal injury claim and done absolute nothing, I had to do all the runnning around and after gathering witness's, all medical evidence and everything else they said the case didnt look promising so dropped me.

It cost me money and time for absolute nothing and as another reviewer said the bedside manner is awful.

after speaking to another solicitor they said I had a very strong case but couldnt do anything becuase of this company had been involved, I honesty would avoid this place.

My experience with this company has been profoundly disappointing and has had serious consequences.

Over a period of several years, my case was repeatedly transferred between different individuals with no consistent point of contact or clear accountability. Communication was inconsistent and often reactive rather than proactive. I regularly had to chase for updates, and at no stage did I feel confident that my case was being managed with appropriate care or oversight.

Most concerning of all, although I was informed that correspondence had been issued regarding a court hearing, I did not receive any email or letter confirming the actual court date. I had previously discussed hearings directly with them, so I reasonably expected to be properly notified. As a result, my case was dismissed without my knowledge and without any opportunity for me to attend or respond.

When I submitted a formal complaint, I was offered £150. In light of the length of time involved and the impact of the case being dismissed, this felt wholly disproportionate and did not demonstrate meaningful accountability.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Anyone considering instructing them should ensure they are fully satisfied with how communication and case management will be handled.
