I could not thank these solicitors enough my solicitor Kiera Rodger’s and her secretary’s are absolutely amazing and they are helping through every step possible and giving time the best help they can I am soo thankfull I have amazing people helping me with my case and tricky circumstances.

A disappointing experience. I visited the Louth office to arrange for a Will for me, and my Lasting Power of Attorney for my daughters. A draft Will was emailed to me and on the front title page I had been given a completely wrong surname. I responded with the request they pay more attention to detail in future and received an apology for a “spelling error”. It wasn’t a spelling error; it was a completely different name. The LPOAs required signatures and by email I provided an address for one of my daughters in order for her to receive it directly. Receipt of that email was confirmed during my next visit to the BG office where I was assured the mailing address would be used. It wasn’t; it went to the wrong address. While none of the above was life threatening, as a new client the service seemed rather shabby.

Dealt with Jarred Fox when purchasing my first house at the beginning of the year. Extremely professional and always responded to any queries I had very quickly (I didn’t have many as he did a fantastic job of going through the procedures with us). Eased my mind and made the whole process run smoothly. Will 100% use again and would recommend anyone else to.

I dealt with Ben Barber with my legal issues regarding a difficult situation with someone based in Europe who was, to put it mildly, 'Pushing the boundaries of their Legal rights to the utmost extreme'. Although I could ill afford the cost of Legal representation, I knew by the way this claimant was conducting himself that I would need a Professional to stop this person from walking all over me in Legal terms. It was a good call from my experience. Ben Barber was affable, Honest, Sympathetic to my real concerns & guided me to a very successful outcome. The cost of paying for his time & Legal representation in court was far less than it would have been had I tried to defend myself against the totally unjust claim I was facing. I could not have asked/wished for a better outcome.

My experience here was interesting. Although the work was of a good standard, I wasn't impressed by one of the staff pretending to be one of the solicitors. I knew she wasn't the solicitor because I'd known the solicitor concerned some years before!
