The reviews do not lie, I phoned up to ask a question and the lady was immediately rude and she was just the switch board operative. Imagine what the rest of the team are like, AVOID.

Strongly would not recommend.
I was always chasing phone calls and staying on top of everything during my house sale, trying to get things done quickly before the Stamp duty rise.
3 months later we finalised, so it was like a 6 months process (thats being generous)
Never answering phone calls.
Just a hassle to deal with in general.

Worst experience ever!
These lot are called switch, and have sneakly changed their name on here.
Avoid like the plague
Switch conveyencing made our sale of our house much more diffucult than it needed to be.
We did their jobs for them basically, never once felt safe in their hands and they are charging an unreasonable amount of money for doing nothing.
They never answer their phone, particularly one named Amy. The day of our move they started messing up and we nearly didnt sell or buy our new house due to their incompetance

The worst conveyancing company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Would have given 0 stars if I could. There were so many things they did badly.
1. They took 3 weeks to raise enquiries after the searches were complete then took 1-2 weeks each time to respond to any responses.
2. They raised enquiries which made no sense on things that didn't need raising.
3.Additionally delayed the sale by requesting permission from the mortgage company when this wasn't required.
4.They had no pragmatism and refused to request funds early even though it involved clicking 1 button and 1 additional if they needed to cancel the funds!!
Please do not use these guys if you want a smooth sale/purchase
