We had a frustrating experience with this firm. Communication was poor, we spent weeks chasing updates with little response, and when replies came, they felt dismissive. There were also typos in documentation. Unfortunately for us, the other party was equally delaying leading to an abortive deal. We then received an invoice months later with no breakdown of charges. When we asked for clarification and supporting invoices, communication again became extremely slow, but they started pressuring for payment even threatening litigation! We raised our concerns about the service which were not addressed. In the end we paid the charges to end the engagement. Would never recommend them to anyone.
