I used this guy years ago when he was in cleeve,shocking experience,hard to communicate with him,if you were lucky to see his face then he was an unpleasant character,would not use email,I would get a letter from him after work friday and couldn't respond until Monday.
I was buying a newbuild and they had a disc with everything needed to proceed and he flat out refused to put the disk in his computer in case it corrupted it.
I picked the disk up from his receptionist as he was hiding and printed everything off at home and took the hard copy back to his receptionist,she peeked out the door,took the printouts and briskly shut the door.
The only time I saw him was at my first meeting when he wanted my business.
I ended up having to go to another solicitor to complete the purchase as he failed to say that he wasnt able to deal with santander as he wasnt on some sort of board that they require.
This was months after lots of stress and hold ups that he caused.
Do not darken his door,you will live to regret if you dont die of a heart attack through the stress this man will put you through.

Went today to attend an appointment but it was closed due to illness. Wish they could have rung us because a wasted trip and now have to find another solicitor at short notice!

Lacking any level of service - a firm with an approach that is locked in the past. Takes multiple calls to get a response and no reply to emails.

Our buyers were using this solicitor, it went at a snails pace and eventually led to the sale falling through. 4 months wasted, money lost and much paper wasted due to this solicitor insisting on hard copies for all correspondence via post only! In this day and age, it is beyond belief how resistant they were to use email. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near these guys - not only were they incompetent but also very rude.

Buying a flat and these are the sellers solicitor. Do everything at a snails pace and were extremely rude to the estate agent when she requested an update. Told her no update and don't call again this week! She only called because papers he said were being sent to our solicitor 2 weeks ago had still not been sent by them. Obviously they have not yet heard of emails and scanning. Sends piles of papers in the post (Greta will not be happy!).
