Very disappointing experience overall. We were charged more than originally agreed for a simple takeaway lease, with no clear warning about the additional costs. The whole process took nearly six months, and communication throughout was poor. We constantly had to chase for updates instead of being kept informed. Unfortunately, the service felt unprofessional and badly managed. Jack and Molly handled our case 😞 will never recommend to anyone!

I recently moved home and was originally using John M Lewis, but after they unfortunately went into liquidation, Ellis, Fermor & Negus Belper took over my case incredibly swiftly. Bethany Duckworth, one of the solicitors there, worked outstandingly quickly to get everything back on track and within a proper timescale.

She was so efficient that we actually ended up ahead of the chain behind me. Bethany did an absolutely amazing job in such a short space of time, and I genuinely can’t thank her enough. Her professionalism, speed and communication were exceptional throughout.
